Someone had asked about www.pauseplaystop.com but I cannot find the original post. I have made one purchase and several inquiries with them and this is my experience:

Someone will reply to your emails very quickly. I sent one email in particular very late at night and had a reply when I checked the next morning. Very fast and knowledgeable service. I placed my order yesterday for some Sound Professional microphones, some blank MD (good price), and it arrived TODAY. Total turnaround time from point of order to point of receipt was actually 23 hours. And I live in Toronto, so they somehow got it from Montreal to me in that short period of time. Everything arrived well-packed, and they even threw in a Sony MD Lens Cleaner because my order was over $100, with a promotion they had. The price I paid on the Sound Professionals was also the best of all the different online stores that I checked. I will definitely order from them again.

I received my order one Sony hi-md minidisc system and one hi-md blank disc sooner than i expected it ,and everything was in order just like you described it on the web. It only took a little more than a week to reach my home here in Bogota Colombia. Actually, no other site offered me to bring the unit for that good price and timing, not even sony.com.
