Electrical or mechanical breakdowns are covered including those resulting from power surges, regardless of their source of emanation, and normal wear and tear.

Pause Play Stop has the right to issue a refund for the warrantied product if no equivalent product is available (for replacement plans) or a repair is not possible (for repair plans).

Customer misuse, Acts of God and general maintenance are not covered.
